Jingdezhen ceramic industry is an important cultural industry in China,small and medium-sized ceramic enterprises are an important part of it.However,there are many pain points in the financial management of these enterprises,which restricts their healthy development.Based on the perspective of supply chain finance,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the aspects of fund raising,cash flow management and financial risk control of small and medium-sized ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures,in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of Jingdezhen ceramic industry.
