摘要
目的:探讨PDCA管理模式提高临床护士工作满意度的效果。方法便利选取2012年10月至2013年12月在普陀区人民医院临床一线工作的护士200例,采用护士工作满意度量表(McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale,MMSS)对其进行工作满意度测定,并对调查结果进行分析,运用PDCA管理模式对影响护士工作满意度的因素进行整改及反馈。结果不同科室、编制、职称、婚姻状况、学历、年龄护士的 MMSS得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两轮 PDCA管理后,护士在总体工作满意度、同事关系与管理方式、工作被认可、专业发展机会和对工作的控制和责任及福利待遇等方面的得分均较 PDCA前显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施PDCA循环管理能有效提高临床护士对自身工作的满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management mode in improving nurses’ job satisfaction level.Methods By convenience sampling,totally 200 clinical nurses were recruited and assessed by MMSS on the job satisfaction and analysis the result.Using PDCA management mode to rectify and review the influencing factors of the job satisfaction.Results There were no statistic significance of MMSS score between nurses with different department,formation,job title,marital status,education level and age (all P>0 .0 5 ).After twice implementation of PDCA circulatory management,the average score of general job satisfaction,relationship between colleagues and the management style,acceptance of the work, the opportunity of the professional development,control and the responsibility of the job,and benefit and welfare were significantly improved (P<0 .0 1 or P<0 .0 5 ).Conclusion Implementation of PDCA circulatory management can effectively improve the nurses’job satisfaction.
