护理专业亚小组的成立对临床护士培养的影响及效果

摘要
目的 探索护理专业亚小组的成立对临床护士培养的影响及效果.方法 2016年5月,便利抽样法选择上海市同济大学附属肺科医院肿瘤科28名护理人员为研究对象,成立肿瘤专业、压疮专业、静脉治疗专业及心理专业4个亚小组(每组包括7名护理人员),对小组成员进行系统培训及考核,比较培训前后护理人员的临床核心能力、职业能力、职业兴趣能等.结果 培训前后护士的临床核心能力总分差异有统计学意义意义(P=0.003);职业规划意向,归属感及成就感得分均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 护理专业亚小组的建立及培养方式能提高临床护士的核心能力,提升成就归属感,帮助确立明确的职业规划,为专业护士培养提供人才储备,促进专科护理发展.
Abstract
Objective To explore the establishment,training Methods and effect of sub-group of nursing specialty.Methods By convenience sampling,28 nursing personnel were selected and four subgroups in-cluding cancer,pressure sores,intravenous therapy and psychology of nursing specialties were estab-lished,with 7 nursing personnel in each sub-group.The clinical core competencies and professional compe-tency before and after training were compared.Results The statistical significance of clinical core compe-tence among nurses found between before and after training (P=0.003).Occupational planning intention, sense of belonging and achievement were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The establishment and cultivation of sub-group of nursing specialty can improve the core competence of clinical nurses,en-hance the sense of belonging,help establish clear career planning,provide talent pool for professional nur-ses training,and promote the development of specialist nursing.
