摘要
目的 梳理麻醉护士非技术技能(non-technical skill,NTS)行为,明确我国麻醉护士NTS构成,为开展麻醉护士NTS评估和培训提供依据.方法 采用目的抽样法对 22 名麻醉护士、7 名麻醉医生进行半结构访谈;运用定向内容分析法,提取和梳理 NTS行为,并归至亚主题和主题.结果 共形成 107 个 NTS行为,归类至 7 个主题(情境意识、决策制订、沟通、任务为导向的领导力、关系为导向的领导力、压力管理和疲劳应对)和 22 个亚主题.结论 我国麻醉护士在工作中展现出多方面NTS;麻醉护士的 NTS行为与其工作职责密切相关;有必要开发本土麻醉护士 NTS 评估工具和培训课程,以促进麻醉护士NTS水平提升,保障患者安全.
Abstract
Objective To identify the non-technical skill(NTS)behaviors and,to clarify the NTS composi-tion of anesthesia nurses in China,and to provide a the basis for NTS evaluation and training of anesthesia nurses.Methods Purposive sampling was used to select 22 anesthesia nurses and 7 anesthetists for semi-structured interviews.Directed content analysis was used to extract and classify NTS behaviors into sub-themes and themes.Results A total of 107 NTS behaviors were identified and classified into seven themes(situation awareness,decision-making,communication,task-oriented leadership,relationships-oriented leadership,stress management and fatigue coping)and 22 subthemes.Conclusions Anesthesia nurses in China possess multiple NTS.Their NTS behaviors are closely related to their job responsibilities.It is nec-essary to develop domestic NTS scoring systems and training courses for anesthesia nurses to enhance their NTS and ensure patient safety.
