目的 系统评价护士妊娠期临床工作体验和感受。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Li-brary、PsycInfo、CBM、中国知网、万方、维普数据库，筛选有关护士妊娠期临床工作体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2023年1月。采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提炼出38个研究结果，归纳成6个新类别，综合成3个整合结果:疲倦且交瘁的身心感受;打破原有工作状态及职业规划;多元应对与切身感悟。结论 亟需关切妊娠期护士紊乱的身心体验，协助其调适工作状态，系统管理其职业学习及生涯;加强切实的政策管理，巩固妊娠期护士多元支持。
Clinical Work Experience of Nurses During Pregnancy:A Meta-synthesis of Qualitative Studies
Objective To systematically assess the clinical work experience and feelings of nurses during pregnancy.Methods PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PsycInfo,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched to screen qualitative studies on nurses'clinical work ex-perience during pregnancy.The search period was from inceptions to January 2023.Meta-integration method was used to analyze the results.Results A total of 12 articles were included,and 38 research results ex-tracted.Then 6 new categories were summarized and 3 integrated results were synthesized,namely physical and mental feeling of fatigue and exhaustion,break of the original working status and career planning,and multiple responses and personal perception.Conclusions It is urgent to pay attention to the disordered physical and mental state of pregnant nurses,help them adjust to their working status,systematically man-age their vocational learning and career,strengthen practical policy management and consolidate multiple support for nurses during pregnancy.
