To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with multiple pulmonary pathogens infection second-ary to rare Good syndrome.The main nursing points include lung infection nursing,nosocomial infection prevention and control,skin care and special medication nursing care.After 20 days of active treatment and nursing,the patient's lung infection improved and his condition was stable and discharged.
