实体肿瘤患儿父母化疗期间营养管理体验的现象学研究

摘要
目的 探讨儿童实体肿瘤患者父母在其子女接受化疗期间进行营养管理的体验.方法 目的抽样法选择上海市某三级甲等医院治疗的实体肿瘤患儿父母16名为研究对象.通过半结构式访谈收集资料,并运用Colaizzi资料分析方法予以分析.结果 在实体肿瘤患儿接受化疗期间,父母面临挑战与困境,同时也有着复杂的情感体验,父母会寻求支持应对并渴望获取营养信息.结论 实体肿瘤患儿父母在其子女接受化疗期间,营养干预应侧重家庭支持和信息传递,以增进父母的营养管理能力,从而优化实体肿瘤患儿的营养状况,提高其治疗耐受性及远期生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the parental experience in managing nutrition during chemotherapy for children with solid tumors.Methods The parents of pediatric solid tumor patients were selected through purposive sampling in a tertiary A hospital in Shanghai.Sixteen parents participated in semi-struc-tured interviews,and data analysis was conducted using Colaizzi's phenomenological method.Results Par-ents not only faced various challenges during their children's chemotherapy,but also expressed complex feelings and sought professional guidance and family support while expressing a desire for more informa-tion on nutrition.Conclusions Parents of pediatric solid tumor patients should emphasize the importance of family support and effective dissemination of information on nutrition during chemotherapy,therefore en-hancing their skills in nutritional management and optimizing the nutrition of their children,so as to im-prove treatment tolerance and enhance the quality of life in the long run.
