摘要
目的 总结孕产妇分娩恐惧(fear of childbirth,FOC)预防和管理的证据,为临床实践提供参考.方法 检索国内外指南网、专业学会网站和数据库中关于孕产妇FOC预防与管理的临床决策、指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价及临床实践,检索时限为建库至2023年2月,补充检索时间为2024年1月.结果 共纳入12篇文献,其中指南2篇、专家共识2篇、系统评价7篇、临床实践1篇,总结出14条最佳证据.结论 总结的孕产妇FOC预防和管理的最佳证据可为临床证据转化提供循证依据,建议护理人员结合临床实际,审慎使用.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence on prevention and management of fear of childbirth(FOC)in pregnant and postpartum women and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Clinical de-cisions,guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summary,systematic reviews and clinical practice on the pre-vention and management of FOC in pregnant women were systematically searched in guideline networks,websites of professional societies and databases at home and abroad.The search time is from the establish-ment of the database to February 2023,and the supplementary search time is January 2024.Results Twelve literatures were included,including 2 guidelines,2 expert consensus articles,7 systematic reviews,and 1 clinical practice article,and 14 best evidences were summarized.Conclusions The summarized best evidence for maternal FOC prevention and management can provide an evidence-based basis for clinical evi-dence translation and is recommended for judicious use by caregivers in the context of clinical practice.
