基于COSMIN指南对慢性病患者自我倡权评估工具的系统评价

摘要
目的 评价慢性病患者自我倡权评估工具,为后续开展慢性病患者自我倡权相关研究提供参考.方法 检索知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase数据,采用基于共识的健康测量工具遴选标准(consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instrument,COSMIN)系统评价指南对纳入研究进行评价.结果 本文共纳入8项研究,包括6个英文测评工具及2个中文版工具,8项研究评价后仍存在一定的偏倚风险,推荐等级均为B级;仅有2项研究对拟合指数等结构效度指标进行了报告;7项研究未报告组内相关系数或加权Kappa值;3项研究进行了跨文化效度的实证;8项研究均未对测量误差进行检验与汇报.结论 未来研究应通过增加研究步骤或完善研究内容补充慢性病患者自我倡权评估工具,按照COSMIN指南的指导,为慢性病患者自我倡权调查提供更为全面综合的测评工具.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the self-advocacy evaluation tool for patients with chronic disease and provide reference for the subsequent self-advocacy related research of patients with chronic diseases.Meth-ods Retrieve date from in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science,PubMed,and Embase,and the included studies were evaluated based on the COSMIN guidelines.Results A total of 8 studies were included in this paper,including 6 English evaluation tools and two Chinese tools;8 studies still had certain risk of bias af-ter evaluation and recommended grade B;only 2 studies reported structural validity index such as fitting in-dex;7 studies did not report group correlation coefficient or weighted Kappa value;3 studies conducted em-pirical cross-cultural validity;none of the 8 studies tested and reported the measurement error.Conclusions Future studies should supplement chronic disease self-advocacy tools by adding research steps or impro-ving the research content,and provide a comprehensive evaluation tool for self-advocacy surveys of patients with chronic diseases according to the COSMIN guidelines.
