NICU Nurses'Views and Cognition of Participating in Neonatal Palliative Care:A Qualitative Meta-Synthesis

摘要
目的 系统评价新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)护士参与安宁疗护的看法和认知.方法 检索 PubMed、Embase、Medline、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、知网、万方等据库,搜集有关 NICU 护士参与安宁疗护看法和认知的质性研究.检索时限为2000年1月1日至2022年10月31日,采用汇集性整合法进行Meta整合.结果 共纳入14篇文献,提取25个结果,归纳成6个类别,合成3个整合结果:护士对新生儿安宁疗护的看法、经历新生儿死亡事件的应对策略、实施新生儿安宁疗护的困境与挑战.结论 重视NICU护士在团队中的作用,促进多学科团队合作,加强安宁疗护教育培训,缓解安宁疗护现实困境是顺利开展新生儿安宁疗护的保障.
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the views and cognition of nurses in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU)participating in palliative care.Methods The databases of PubMed,Embase,Medline,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang and other databases were searched to retrieve qualitative studies on the views and cognition of NICU nurses participating in palliative care.The search pe-riod was from January 1,2000 to October 31,2022,and a meta-analysis was conducted using the pooled in-tegration approach.Results A total of 14 studies were included,25 research results were extracted,sum-marized into 6 new categories,and synthesized into 3 integrated results:nurses'cognition of neonatal palli-ative care,experience of neonatal death events,and difficulties and challenges in implementing neonatal pal-liative care.Conclusions Paying attention to the role of NICU nurses in the team,promoting multidiscipli-nary teamwork,strengthening palliative care education and training,and alleviating the practical difficulties of neonatal palliative care are the guarantees for implementing of neonatal palliative care.
