摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离概念的定义及内涵.方法 系统检索PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Li-brary,CINAHL,Scopus,APA PsycNet,Embase和中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学数据库,检索包括自建库至2023年12月期间与脑卒中社会隔离相关的研究,依据纳入标准选取文献,采用Walker和Avant的经典概念分析方法对概念进行分析.结果 共纳入31篇文献,分析确定脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离的定义属性为自我隔离、病耻感、疏离感、缺乏社会网络;前因分为社会人口学因素、伤残接受度、社会互动、脑卒中史;结果 为影响患者认知、导致不良健康结局和生活质量降低.结论 通过概念分析,正确理解脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离的定义属性,有利于预防、识别社会隔离,改善社会隔离后果,并为今后的深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To clarify the concept and connotation of social isolation of stroke patients in reha-bilitation.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Scopus,APA PsycNet,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were systematically searched for papers on the top-ic from the inception to December 2023,according to inclusion criteria.Walker and Avant evolutionary method of concept analysis was used.Results A total of 31 articles were retrieved.4 attributes were identi-fied,including self-isolation,stigma,alienation,and lack of social networks.The antecedents were sociode-mographic factors,disability acceptance,social interaction,and history of stroke.The outcomes were cogni-tive impairment,unhealthy condition,and lower quality of life.Conclusions The concept and attributes of social isolation of stroke patients in rehabilitation are identified by concept analysis method.They can pre-vent and recognize social isolation,improve consequences,and provide reference for future in-depth re-search.
