目的 汉化简版患者延续性护理评估问卷(patient continuity of care questionnaire，PCCQ-12)，并在慢性病患者中检验其信效度，以期为慢性病住院患者出院后延续性护理的评估提供可靠工具。方法 按照Brislin翻译模型进行问卷的正译、回译及文化调适，形成中文版PCCQ-12。2023年12月至2024年3月，于河南省郑州市某三级甲等医院招募202例调查对象，对问卷的信效度进行检验。结果 中文版PCCQ-12共12个条目，条目内容效度指数为0。833～1。000，问卷内容效度指数为0。917;问卷总分与简式健康相关生活质量问卷的生理健康总评分、心理健康总评分的相关系数分别为0。197、0。583(均P＜0。01);方差分析结果显示不同性别、文化程度的得分差异有统计学意义(均P＜0。05)。中文版PCCQ-12的Cronbach's α系数为0。853，重测信度为0。912。结论 中文版PCCQ-12具有良好的信效度，可作为评估慢性病住院患者出院后延续性护理看法的可靠工具。
Chinese Translation of the Short Version of the Patient Continuity of Care Questionnaire and Its Reliability and Validity Testing Among Patients with Chronic Diseases
Objective To translate the short version of the Patient Continuity of Care Questionnaire(PCCQ-12)into Mandarin Chinese,to test its reliability and validity among patients with chronic diseases in China,and to provide a re-liable tool for assessing continuity of care in chronically ill patients after discharge from the hospital.Methods The PCCQ-12 was translated,re-translated and cross-culturally adapted based on the Brislin model.A total of 202 patients with chronic diseases were recruited in a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou,Henan Province from December 2023 to March 2024 in order to test the reliability and validity of this questionnaire.Results The Chinese version of PCCQ-12 contained 12 items.The item-level content validity index was 0.833～1.000 and sale-level content validity index/univer-sal agreement was 0.917.The correlation coefficients between the total score of the questionnaire and the physical com-ponent summary and mental component summary of 12-item short-form health survey were 0.197 and 0.583(both P＜0.01).The analysis of variance showed significant differences in scores between different genders and educational levels(all P＜0.05).The Cronbach's α coefficient and the retest reliability for the questionnaire were 0.853 and 0.912,respec-tively.Conclusions The Chinese short version of PCCQ-12 has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a relia-ble tool for assessing views concerning continuity of care for patients with chronic diseases after discharge.
