摘要
目的 分析国内外军队岛礁医院相关研究的研究热点及研究趋势,为我国相关研究提供参考.方法 收集中国知网、万方、维普及Web of Science等中英文数据库中有关军队岛礁医院医疗保障相关研究,运用Citespace 6.3.R1软件进行信息挖掘和可视化分析.结果 共纳入350篇中文及20篇外文文献.国内研究热点及前沿是岛礁医院/岛礁各类人员的医疗、健康问题及其应对方式;国外研究相对较少,研究热点为自然灾害下的医疗救援.结论 军队岛礁医院国内外存在差异,我国军队岛礁医疗保障研究处于初级阶段,以经验分享及调查研究为主,未来研究者可加强干预性研究.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of military island and reef hospital-related studies at home and abroad,and to provide reference for related research in China.Methods Studies related to medical support for military island and reef hospitals from Chinese Knowledge Network,Wanfang,VIP and Web of Science,etc.databases in Chinese and English,were collected.Information mining and visualization analysis were conducted using Citespace 6.3.R1 software.Results A total of 350 Chinese studies and 20 foreign studies were included.Domestic research hotspots and frontiers were the medical treatment and health problems of all kinds of personnel in islands and reefs and their coping methods.There were relatively few researches abroad,and the research focus was medical rescue under natural disasters.Conclusions There are differences between military island and reef hospitals at home and abroad,and the research on military island and reef medical support in China is in the initial stage,focusing on experience sharing and investigation and research.Researchers can strengthen intervention research in the future.
