摘要

目的 梳理近10年基于知识图谱的临床决策支持系统构建研究的热点及未来发展趋势,为临床医务工作者应用信息化技术助力临床工作提供参考.方法 采用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库中相关文献进行分析,包含年发文量、国家、机构、共被引期刊以及关键词聚类等.结果 最终纳入了 114篇英文文献,中国发文量最多(52篇,占45.61%).3个研究热点分别为知识图谱的构建数据基础、构建技术与方法和实际应用,未来研究主要围绕本体、疾病、精准医疗、机器学习、数据库和知识表示.结论 越来越多的学者投入至基于知识图谱的临床决策支持系统构建研究中,为医院管理者推动医院信息化提供了参考价值.

Abstract

Objective To review the research hotspot and future trends in the construction of clinical decision support system based on a knowledge graph in the last 10 years,and to provide reference for clinical medical work-ers to apply information technology to their work.Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze the literature in the core Web of Science collection database,including the annual number of publications,countries,institutions,ci-ted journals,and keywords.Results 114 articles were finally included,with the largest number of published papers in China(52 articles,accounting for 45.61%).3 research hotspots were obtained,including the data foundation of knowledge graph construction,technology and method of construction,and practical application.Future research was to focus on ontology,disease,precision medicine,machine learning,databases,and knowledge representation.Conclu-sions More scholars are engaged in the research of CDSS construction based on knowledge graphs in order to pro-vide reference for managers to promote informatization in hospitals.
