目的 系统整合志愿者安宁疗护(palliative care，PC)实践体验的质性研究，为促进PC志愿服务在我国的发展提供循证依据。方法 计算机全面检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMBASE、万方、中国知网、维普等数据库，纳入有关志愿者参与PC实践体验的质性研究，检索时间为建库至2024年2月，采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute，JBI)质性研究质量评价工具进行文献质量评价，并对文献进行Meta整合。结果 共纳入18篇文献，提炼出50个研究结果，形成12个类别，汇总成6个整合结果:志愿者参与PC的因素、志愿者PC服务项目、志愿者参与PC的情绪体验、志愿者应对方式、志愿者个人收获、志愿者PC实践影响因素。结论 志愿者在实践中面临诸多挑战，建议构建良好服务支持系统，促进PC发展。
Qualitative Research on the Experiences of Palliative Care Volunteers:A Meta-synthesis
Objective To systematically integrate the qualitative study on practical experiences of volunteers on pallia-tive care(PC),in order to make evidence-based development of PC volunteer service in China.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted on databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,Wanfang,CNKI and VIP to include quali-tative studies on volunteer participation in PC practice from the inception to February 2024,using the JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute)qualitative research quality evaluation tool for literature quality evaluation,and the literature was meta-integrat-ed.Results A total of 18 literature were included,and 50 research results were extracted into 12 categories and summarized into 6 integrated results:factors affecting volunteers'participation in PC,service projects,emotional experience in participa-tion,coping styles,personal gains,and influencing factors of volunteers'PC practice.Conclusions Volunteers face many challenges in practice,and a good service support system is to be built to promote the development of PC.
