Nurses'Attitude towards Family Integrated Care and Its Influencing Factors:A Meta-analysis
Objective To systematically evaluate the status and influencing factors of nursing staff's atti-tude towards family integrated care(FIC)mode, and provide the basis for clinical care of better quality. Methods Computerized searches were conducted on PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCO,Cochrane Library,CIHANL,psycINFO,CNKI,and Wanfang database from the inception to April 1,2024 for relevant studies on nur-ses'attitudes in the field, with Stata18.0 software being used for meta-analysis.Results With a total of 20 relevant studies included,meta-analysis showed the score of nurses'attitude towards FIC was 86.93 points(95%CI:83.75~90.11),and they had a positive attitude towards the model.Nurses had a more positive view towards FIC if they were over 50,female,having a master's degree or above, working in other medical institutions, having work experience for 15 years or more, and having participated in family nursing training courses. Conclusions Nurses at home and abroad adopt positive attitude towards family-integrated nursing.Because of the limited number of study,it is suggested that domestic scholars carry out corresponding investigation and studies to provide reference for the enaction of relevant policies, measures, and training programs in China.
