摘要
目的 调查某部直招士官的焦虑状态及其影响因素,为开展针对性的心理教育提供依据.方法 采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、卡特尔16项个性因素量表(16PF)和应对方式问卷对414名新入伍直招士官进行团体心理测试.结果 STAI结果显示,男性得分显著高于地方常模(P<0.01),女性得分显著低于地方常模(P<0.01)和男性(P<0.01).相关分析显示,STAI总分与16PF中的敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性因子呈正相关(r=0.138~0.499,P<0.01),与乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、实验性、自律性因子呈负相关(r =-0.122 ~-0.467,P<0.05,P<0.01);与应对方式中解决问题、求助得分呈负相关(r=-0.413、-0.243,P<0.01),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化得分呈正相关(r=0.436~0.249,P<0.01).多元回归分析结果表明,影响焦虑水平的重要因素是解决问题和自责.结论 该部直招士官焦虑状态具有性别差异;个性特征与应对方式对其焦虑水平有明显影响.
Abstract
Objective To study the state of anxiety and its related factors in direct recruiting sergeants of an army so as to provide the basis for carrying out mental health education in accordance with their anxiety.Methods The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI),Cattell 16 personality factors (16PF) questionnaire,and coping style questionnaire were adopted to test 414 direct recruiting sergeants.Results (1) The scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety in male direct recruiting sergeants were significantly higher than those in local norm (P<0.01) ;those in female direct recruiting sergeants were significantly lower than those in local norm (P<0.01)and in male (P<0.01).(2) The correlation analysis indicated that the total score of STAI were negatively correlated with the anxiety factor scores of personality such as compatibility,stability,strong paternity,excitability,perseverance,dare,experimental,self-discipline (r=-0.122~ 0.467,P<0.05,P<0.01),whereas positively correlated with sensitivity,suspicion,anxiety and tension (r =0.138 ~0.499,P<0.01) ;and the total score was negatively correlatad with the factor scores of coping styles such as solving problem,seeking help(r=-0.413,-0.243,P<0.01),whereas positively correlated with self-blame,fantasy,avoidance,rationalization (r =0.436 ~ 0.249,P<0.01).(3) Multiple regression analysis showed that solving problems,and self-blame are the important related factors to anxiety.Conclusion The state of anxiety in direct recruiting sergeants is different between male and female.Personality and coping style are important factors affecting their anxiety.
