近年来某军队医院及不同科室医院感染的趋势
THE TREND OF HOSPITAL INFECTION IN A MILITARY HOSPITAL AND ITS DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS IN RECENT YEARS

目的 调查近年来某军队医院总体医院感染率和重点科室医院感染率情况,并与过去进行比较,探讨其原因,为做好医院感染防控工作提供参考.方法 通过终末病历调查某军队医院近3年(2011年1月1日-2013年12月31日)和前3年(2008年1月1日～2010年12月31日)医院感染率和各科室医院感染率情况,并对近3年和前3年数据进行统计学分析和比较.结果 近3年医院感染率为4.05％(1319/32 547),前3年医院感染率为5.45％(1540/28 231),二者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);近3年来医院感染率高发科室依次为老干部科10.33％、神经外科9.82％和呼吸科7.05％,前3年分别为15.91％、13.79％和12.14％,近3年和前3年上述3个科室感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 近年来医院感染率呈下降趋势,医院感染高发科室依次为老干部科、神经外科和呼吸科,可能与这些科危重病人多,患者年龄大,住院时间长,免疫率低下等因素有关.
Abstract
Objectives To investigate the recent hospital infection in a military hospital,and to compare that with previous data,so as to provide the basis for prevention and control of hospital infection.Methods The medical records of a military hospitl in recent 3 years(from Jan 1 st 2011 to Dec 31 st 2013) were investigated and compared with those in past 3 years (from Jan 1st 2007 to Dec 31st 2010).Results The general hospital infection rate was 4.05％ (1319/32 547) in recent three years,5.45％ (1540/28 231)in past three years(P＜0.01).Geriatric,Surgical neurology and Respiratory department were the top three with the higher infection rate in recent and past three years[10.33％ vs 15.91％,9.82％ vs 13.79％,7.05％ vs 12.14％ respectively(P＜0.05)].Conclusion In recent years,the hospital infection rate has been declined.Geriatric,Surgical neurology,and Respiratory department were the top three departments with higher infection rate;the reasons may be increased numbers of critical patients,elderly age of patients,long hospitalization time and decreased immunity.
