进疆某部新兵职业倦怠与适应不良的相关性分析

摘要
目的 调查了解进疆某部新兵职业倦怠与适应不良的相关性,为维护其心理健康提供理论依据.方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取进疆某部新兵520名,采用军人职业倦怠量表和军人适应不良自评量表进行测评.结果 年龄16 ~18岁新兵职业倦怠各因子得分显著高于≥19岁新兵(P<0.01);初中文化程度新兵职业倦怠总分及自我评价得分显著高于高中及中专新兵(P<0.05,P<0.01).进疆新兵职业倦怠量表总分及各因子与适应不良总分及各因子间呈显著正相关(P<0.01).环境适应、情感障碍、年龄进入职业倦怠总分回归方程,可解释职业倦怠20.2%的变异量.结论 环境适应、情感障碍、年龄是影响进疆某部新兵职业倦怠的重要因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationships between training burnout of recruits and maladaptiveness in a military unit in Xinjiang in order to maintain their mental health.Methods A cluster random sample of 520 new recruits in a military unit in Xinjiang was collected for investigation using the Soldier Burnout Inventory and MMMS.Results The score of training burnout factors among recruits aged 16 to 18 was significantly higher than among those aged 19 (P<0.01).The score of burnout and self-assessent among recruits with a junior high school diploma was significantly higher than among those with a senior high school and technical secondary school diploma (P<0.05,P<0.01).The total score of the training burnout scale had significant positive correlations with that of maladaptiveness among recruits in Xinjiang (P<0.01).Environmental adaptability,age and mood disorder accounted for 20.2% of the variance in job burnout.Conclusion Environmental adaptability,age and mood disorder are the important factors that affect training burnout of recruits in Xinjiang.
