驻疆官兵心身健康水平与职业倦怠的相关性

摘要
目的 调查新疆部队官兵(以下简称“驻疆官兵”)心身健康水平与职业倦怠的相关性,为维护其心理健康提供理论依据.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取驻疆官兵1939名,进行简易军人心身健康量表和军人职业倦怠量表进行测评.结果 (1)军官心身健康总分及骨骼肌症状、心血管症状、消化症状、焦虑症状得分显著高于义务兵(P＜0.05或0.01);2年军龄官兵心身健康总分及消化症状、言语症状得分显著低于3～5年、≥6年军龄官兵(P＜0.05).(2)驻疆官兵心身健康与职业倦怠量呈显著正相关(P＜0.01).(3)自我评价、成就感、躯体化、消极怠工、人际关系进入心身健康总分回归方程,可解释“心身健康”67.0％的变异量.结论 驻疆军官心身健康水平显著低于士兵,职业倦怠是影响驻疆官兵心身健康的重要因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relations between physical and mental health level and occupation burnout among servicemen in Xinjiang in order to help maintain their mental health.Methods Simplified Military Mental and Physical Health Scale and Military Occupation Burnout Scale were used among 1939 servicement stationed in Xinjiang,who were chosen by stratified cluster random sampling.Results (1) The total score of mental and physical heath as well as the scores of skeletal muscle symptoms,cardiovascular symptoms,digestive symptoms and anxiety symptoms among officers were significantly higher than those of conscripts (P＜0.05 or 0.01).The total score of mental and physical heath as well as that of the digestive symptoms and speech symptoms among soldiers who had been in military service for two years were significantly lower than those who had been in service for three to five years or for more than six years (P＜0.05).(2) There was a significantly positive correlation between the mental and physical health and occupation burnout among soldiers stationed in Xinjiang (P＜0.01).(3) Self-evaluation,sense of achievement,somatization,work inertia,interpersonal relationships entered the regression equation of the total score of mental and physical health,which could account for 67.0％ of the variance in mental and physical health.Conclusion The level of mental and physical health among officers is significantly lower than that of soldiers stationed in Xinjiang.Occupation burnout is an important factor affecting the mental and physical health among officers and soldiers stationed in Xinjiang.
