摘要
目的 了解部队艾滋病筛查实验室的生物安全管理及防护现状.方法 对济南军区16所医院21个艾滋病筛查实验室进行现场实地调查,包括实验室生物安全管理体系,安全防护设备、技术人员个人自我防护意识,生物安全知识调查.结果 艾滋病筛查实验室具有良好的实验室条件和防护措施,可以有效降低艾滋病筛查实验室职业暴露的发生,但技术人员对生物安全知识的了解还不全面,有待提高.结论 部队艾滋病筛查实验室生物安全管理体系建立较为完善,但技术人员预防知识及防护意识有待提高.
Abstract
Objective To find out about the status quo of biological safety control and effect of protection in HIV screening laboratories.Methods Twenty-one HIV screening laboratories were investigated in terms of the laboratory biological safety management system,safety protection equipment and self-protection awareness of technical personnel.Results The experimental facilities and measures of protection in these HIV screening laboratories were satisfactory,which could effectively reduce the chance of occupational exposure inside HIV screening laboratories.However,the knowledge of the technical staff about biological safety was not good enough,which needed to be improved.Conclusion There is a nearly perfect biological safety control system in these HIV screening laboratories,but the technical personnel's knowledge of prevention and awareness of protection should be improved.
