摘要
针对驻海岛部队患病率高，卫生干部缺编，医疗保障水平较低，交通不便，后送困难的现状，医院以军事综合信息网为依托，运用信息化手段，建立远程医学教育系统，拓展医疗服务内容，提升医疗服务水平，较好地满足部队需要，取得较好效果。
Abstract
Island forces are confronted with many medical difficulties , such as high incidence of disease , lack of medical cadres , lack of medical resources , inconvenient traffic and hard evacuation .Base on the military integrated information network , a telemedicine education system were established in the hospital , with which the service contents could be enlarged , the service level could be improved , thus to adapt to the needs of the soldiers .
