Analysis of Influence of Opening in Basement Roof on Fixed-end Effect of Tall Building
The selection of the fixed-end of building structure directly affects the safety, economy and other evaluation indicators of the structure. The codes requires that when the basement roof is used as the fixed-end of the tower, large hole should be avoided. In practical projects, due to the requirements of functions,it is inevitable to open holes on the basement roof.Taking a tall building in Shanghai as an example, the influence of opening on the embedded effect is analyzed from the distribution of stress and displacement of the basement roof.At the same time, the structural vibration characteristics and vertex displacement of the basement roof with and without hole are compared and analyzed, and the static elastic-plastic analysis is carried out for the two models. The position, number and damage degree of plastic hinges are compared to see whether they meet the requirements of strength fixed-end.The results show that,in this project, the hole of basement roof can still meet the requirements of the tower.
