Experimental Study and Numerical Simulation of Pipeline Impact on Reinforced Concrete Slab
To study the influence of pipeline rupture on adjacent building structures,an experimental study of pipeline impact on reinforced concrete slab was carried out.The opening pit depth of both unclosed and closed pipes during vertical impacts on reinforced concrete slab targets,as well as the strain time history curves and acceleration time history curves at different positions were obtained. The influence of pipeline impact velocity and impact angle on the impact response and damage patterns of reinforced concrete slabs were analyzed using finite element method. The results show that the vertical impact of the unclosed pipe end has the largest pit area and depth, and the reinforcement bar shows shear failure in the reinforced concrete slab.Changing the impact angle of the unclosed pipe end will affect the impact force and pit depth on both sides of the impact position.Especially, the pit depth of the upper side is more sensitive to the change of impact angle. The research results can provide a reference for the design and maintenance of pipelines in buildings.
