Analysis of Influence of Dewatering on Supporting Structure of Ultra-Deep Foundation Pit
Taking the ultra-deep foundation pit of the north anchorage of the Runyang Yangtze River Bridge as an example,a foundation pit model is established using three-dimensional finite element software to simulate the construction process, and the calculation results are compared with field monitoring results to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation. On this basis, the influence of different dewatering periods and depths on the deformation and internal force distribution of the supporting structure is analyzed. The results show that the numerical simulation method of foundation pit excavation is reasonable and aligns well with actual working conditions.Changes in the dewatering period has a significant impact on the distribution of horizontal support forces at each layer.Conversely, changes in the dewatering depth has a littled effect on the force distribution of the middle and upper horizontal supports but primarily affect the force distribution of the lower horizontal support. In the project,it is recommended to formulate a dewatering scheme based on the actual situations to minimize the deformation of the supporting structure, optimize the stress distribution of the horizontal support within the pit, ensure the stability of the foundation pit,and ultimately, economize on project costs.
