郑许市域铁路是中原城市群城际轨道交通的重要组成部分,该线路高架桥主梁部分采用了节段预制胶接拼装建造技术.介绍了项目工程概况、主要技术标准、桥梁标准节段截面设计、节段划分、预应力设计、剪力键设计、节段拼装施工过程等设计方案;根据目前胶接缝数值方法的不足,并考虑环氧树脂胶缝对桥梁结构的影响,提出采用环氧树脂胶-混凝土复合单元模拟节段梁间胶缝,建立桥梁有限元模型,进行了结构验算.计算结果表明,各工况下主梁结构强度、节段梁的刚度与残余徐变位移、胶接缝应力、强度与抗裂性等均满足规范要求,郑许市域铁路高架桥节段预制胶拼桥梁设计方案合理,可为节段拼装桥梁在市域铁路工程中的应用提供参考.
Design and Research of Zhengzhou-Xuchang City Railway Precast Segmental Assembling Bridges with Epoxy Resin Joints
Zhengzhou-Xuchang City Railway is an important intercity rail transit line in central plains city group.This line adopts precast segmental assembling technology.The paper is introduced the general situation of the project,main technical standards,bridge standard section design,section division,prestress design,shear keys design,section assembling construction process and other design schemes.According to the shortcomings of current numerical methods of epoxy resin joints,and the influence of epoxy resin joints on bridge structure is considered,and the composite element method of epoxy resin joints and concrete is proposed to simulate the epoxy resin joints of segmental beams,and the finite element model of the bridge is established,and the structural checking calculation is carried out.The calculation results show that the structural strength,stiffness,residual creep displacement of the main girder and the stress,strength and crack resistance of the epoxy resin joints meet the requirements of the code under various working conditions,which reflects the reasonable design scheme of the precast segmental assembling bridges with epoxy resin joints of Zhengzhou to Xuchang intercity railway,and can provide reference for the application of segmental bridge in city railway engineering.
