建筑减隔震技术应用综述

随着我国《建设工程抗震管理条例》于2021年9月1日的颁布施行,减隔震技术在"两区八类"建筑上已作为强制性的执行技术措施.对现阶段国内外常用的结构减隔震技术的应用情况进行了总结,分别介绍了减隔震的产品体系、减隔震结构的工作原理及减震效果、减震与隔震的经济性等对比,以及如何做到满足设防地震作用下正常使用要求.
Overview of Building Seismic Mitigation and Isolation
With the promulgation and implementation of the Administrative Regulations on Earthquake Resistance of Construction Projects in China on September 1,2021,the seismic mitigation and isolation technology has been used as a mandatory technical measure in buildings within two zones and eight categories.In this paper,the authors summarize the application of structural vibration reduction and isolation technology commonly used in China at this stage.This paper introduces the product system of seismic absorption and isolation,the working principle and damping effect of seismic absorption and isolation structures,the comparison between the economy of seismic absorption and isolation,and how to meet the normal use requirements of buildings under the action of earthquake fortification.
