Corrosion Analysis of Steel Structure Canopy of Station Platform in Gelamu Section of Qinghai-Tibet Line
This article investigates the effects of different construction techniques and surface layers on the anti rust, adhesion, and deformation capabilities of steel structure canopy coatings under the comprehensive effects of freeze-thaw and rainwater erosion. The failure mechanism of steel structure canopy coatings is analyzed, effective anti-corrosion measures are proposed, and a numerical analysis model is established to verify the reliability of anti-corrosion measures. The results show that the high-pressure airless spraying method can prevent the peeling of steel structure coatings, and the surface layer construction process is more effective than other construction processes. The fundamental reason for the corrosion of steel structures is the electrochemical reaction of steel. The coating method of inorganic zinc rich primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane topcoat can effectively prevent corrosion of steel structures.Treating the surface of steel structures before painting can improve their anti-corrosion and rust prevention performance. The study provides certain reference significance for the study of the service performance of steel structure canopies under high-altitude freeze-thaw cycle conditions.
