基于独立基础保护要求的基坑变形控制标准研究

基坑开挖会引起周围土体位移,从而使周边土体产生附加变形,当基坑周边的建筑需要保护,对场地位移有特殊要求时,需制定严格的基坑变形控制标准.对基坑开挖引起的土体变形规律相关研究成果进行整理,结合相关规范并考虑独立基础的保护要求,通过反分析法建立了基坑变形控制标准,并对基坑允许变形值的影响因素进行了分析.结果表明:随着基坑开挖深度的增加,基坑允许变形值先减小再增加,近似呈抛物线分布;当独立基础埋深超过0.3倍基坑开挖深度时,基坑允许变形值基本不变;随着基坑偏移中轴线距离的增加,基坑允许变形值单调增加,但在0.3倍的基坑长度范围内,基本保持不变,随后快速增加.
Research on Foundation Pit Deformation Control Standard Based on Independent Foundation Protection Requirements
Excavation of the foundation pit will cause displacement of the surrounding soil,resulting in additional deformation of the surrounding soil.When the buildings around the foundation pit need to be protected,and there are special requirements for the site displacement,strict standards for the control of foundation pit deformation must be formulated.In this paper,the relevant research results on the law of soil deformation caused by foundation pit excavation are sorted out and combined with the relevant specifications.Considering the protection requirements of independent foundations,the foundation pit deformation control standard is established through the back analysis method,and the influencing factors of the allowable value of foundation pit deformation are analyzed.The results show that:with the increase of excavation depth,the allowable value of foundation pit deformation decreases first and then increases,approximately showing a parabolic distribution;when the depth of independent foundation exceeds 0.3 times the excavation depth of the foundation pit,the allowable deformation value of the foundation pit remains unchanged;with the increase of the distance from the central axis of the foundation pit offset,the allowable deformation of the foundation pit increases monotonically,however,within the range of 0.3 times the length of the foundation pit,it basically remains unchanged,and then increases rapidly.
