Analysis of Ground Deformation and Response Characteristics of Retaining Structures Induced by Deep Foundation Pit Excavation in the Yangtze River Floodplain Area
For typical binary sedimentary structure strata in the Yangtze River floodplain area, taking a 20.6 m deep foundation pit project in Nanjing as the background, the deformation of strata and the response of diaphragm wall during the excavation process of the foundation pit were analyzed through on-site monitoring data analysis and three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the horizontal deformation of the diaphragm wall is distributed in a'bow'shape, and the maximum deformation is located slightly above the bottom of the pit.In the range of 0-0.35 times the side length and 0.65-1 times the side length, the horizontal deformation of the retaining structure shows a roughly linear trend with depth, and the closer the distance to the corner, the smaller the deformation of the diaphragm wall. The overall trend of surface subsidence over time is slow first, then fast and slow again. The overall trend of uplift deformation of column piles is that the center position is greater than the edge and corner position.
