Research on Construction Scheme Design and Monitoring of Grid Structure Based on Multi-Scale Finite Element Method
The construction simulation research of grid structure mostly adopts the rod system model, which cannot accurately reflect the complex stress and damage at the grid structure nodes and jacking nodes, which is easy to lead to potential safety hazards in the construction of grid structure.Based on this, this paper compares three multi-scale finite element interface connection models. The length value of the fine element of the grid tube structure is discussed.Based on the multi-scale finite element simulation of the construction process of the grid structure of Jining North Station, the structural mechanical response under three typical construction schemes is analyzed and compared with the field monitoring data. The results show that the multi-scale interface connection method based on displacement coordination can better complete the coupling between different scale models. When the fine element length of the multi-scale model is 0.9~1.1 times of the outer diameter of the round pipe section, the stress concentration of the circular tube section can be avoided, and the section displacement conforms to the plane section assumption. The maximum stress of the construction scheme of"site ground block assembly, overall jacking and bulk at height"is 292.3 MPa,the maximum displacement is 59.6 mm,and the stress at the joint is close to the yield stress. The results of numerical simulation analysis are basically consistent with the overall trend of field monitoring data analysis.Relevant research methods can provide reference for similar projects.
