Simulation Analysis and Monitoring of Construction Process of Bidirectional Inclined Steel Roof Supported by Tree-shaped Structure
The roof of a sunken square in Shaanxi province adopts the structure system of bidirectional inclined steel roof supported by tree-shaped structure, which is composed of diagonal H-section steel grid plate, tree pole and reinforced concrete column. In order to ensure the installation accuracy and safety of steel roof in the whole construction process,a numerical simulation model is established according to the proposed construction method and construction sequence, and the whole process of lifting and unloading of steel roof is simulated. Moreover,by comparing the mechanical properties of the structure formed by step loading and single loading, the influence of the construction process on the force and deformation of the structure is revealed, and the safety of the construction process and the rationality of the structure forming are further verified. The vertical displacement of key nodes is monitored on site, and the numerical simulation value is compared with the measured value, and the displacement variation law of the whole construction process is summarized. The field monitoring and numerical simulation results effectively verify the rationality and reliability of the construction scheme. The results of this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
