Reasonable Internal Structure Design and Stress Analysis of Curved Steel Tower in Cable-Stayed Bridge
In order to provide ideas and methods for the internal structure design of curved steel pylons of cable-stayed bridges,based on the Hutuo River Bridge in Shijiazhuang,and under the premise of comprehensive consideration of construction feasibility,three types of internal structure layout of bridge pylon sections are proposed,and the economic comparison results of bridge pylons are obtained through finite element analysis and the mechanical characteristics of bridge pylons.The calculation process of overall stability reduction coefficient is obtained by combining finite element numerical analysis,theoretical derivation and specification,and the overall stability of three sections is analyzed and compared.At present,there is no calculation method related to local stability reduction of curved steel plate in the specification.To ensure the reasonable layout of curved steel plate stiffeners and the selection of plate thickness,the calculation method of local stability reduction coefficient of curved steel plate is introduced,the calculation process is summarized,and the wall thickness and stiffener layout of curved tower supporting theproject are calculated by multi parameter comparison,and the corresponding relationship between recommended wall thickness and stiffener spacing is obtained.The anchorage forms of the bridge tower are various,so it is necessary to compare and select according to the cable force,internal operation space,force transmission path and other aspects,and finally select the anchorage structure that is suitable for the bridge tower.
