Study on Time Variant Characteristics of Piston Wind Action on Fireproof Doors of Connecting Passages in Subway Tunnel Based on OpenFOAM
In order to study the characteristics of the piston wind pressure on the surface of the fireproof door in the subway tunnel,a three-dimensional unsteady flow simulation model of the subway tunnel was established based on the computational fluid dynamics software OpenFOAM,and real-time movement of the subway train in the tunnel was simulated using the dynamic mesh method. As compared to existing experimental data, this strategy can correctly reproduce the wind environment in the subway tunnel.Based on this,a full-scale subway tunnel-communication passage composite model was built, and the surface wind pressure of the fireproof door and the flow characteristics around the fireproof door were studied under different driving speeds, different connecting passage designs and different measuring point distances. The calculation results show that the surface pressure of the fireproof door of the connecting passage is the most sensitive to the vehicle speed, and is not sensitive to the geometry of the connecting passage. The shear flow between the tunnel and the train has little impact on the flow characteristics within the communication tunnel.
