Design and Research of Penetrating Joints between Reinforced Concrete Shear Walls and Post Poured Reinforced Concrete Beams
During the construction of plain concrete shear walls and concrete shear walls constructed using climbing formwork,it is usually required that the concrete wall be constructed before the floor beams and slabs. When reinforced concrete beams are used for floor beams, the current method is to plant steel bars or reserve steel bar connectors. This method has defects such as complex construction, difficulty in ensuring quality, and unreliable interface between new and old concrete. This article introduces a new type of through joint between reinforced concrete shear walls and post poured reinforced concrete beams:by reserving openings in the concrete wall and reserving hidden column steel bars and wall horizontal bars inside the openings, and chiseling the inner wall of the openings, the reliability of the joint between the post poured concrete beams and shear walls is ensured.Through static tests and numerical simulation calculations,it has been proven that the mechanical properties of this node are very close to those of the cast-in-place node, and the reliability and practicality of this design have been verified. The test results of the specimen are in good agreement with the numerical analysis results, which can confirm their respective reliability.
