IDENTIFICATION OF RICE VARIETIES BASED ON SSR MOLECULAR MARKERS IN JI'AN
Analysis of genetic relationship of rice seed is a necessary condition for producing high quality hybrid rice.In this study,SSR molecular markers were selected from 12 chromosomes of rice genome and analyzed in 8 rice samples, the genetic similarity coefficient was calculated by cluster analysis to identify their genetic relationship. The results showed that the similarity coefficient of 8 rice samples was 0.65~1.00,and at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.65,the 8 rice samples were clustered into two groups, among them,No.5'Ganchi A04'was classified as a single group, and the other samples were clustered into another single group. At the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.80,it can be divided into three groups. The first group includes six samples, which shows that the six varieties are closely related,no 6'Ganzao A02'and No 7'Ji'an Zao A07'are suspected to be the same samples, and No 3'Jinggang Mountains Zao A03'and no 4'Jinggang Mountains Zao A05'are the most closely related samples, while No.6 and No.7 were closely related to No.8'Ji'an chi A09',only No.2'Chi-2'was found in the second group, and only No.5'Gan Chi A04'was found in the third group, the results indicated that it had the farthest relationship with the other 7 rice samples. This study provide important information for the application of hybrid rice.
