DEGRADATION PROPERTY AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF NATURAL SPIDER SILK PROTEIN DRUG-LOADED FILM
To treat oral mucosal inflammation after chemotherapy, the natural silk of the Chilobrachys guangxiensis is used as a film-forming material to prepare a drug loaded film, and the characteristics of the film are characterized.Spider silk protein matrix film was designed and prepared by solvent casting method, and inosine was successfully loaded on the film. The structural characteristics of the film were evaluated by the contact angle test, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and the degradability of the film was explored.A series of structural characterization experiments of the prepared film proved that the drugs were successfully loaded on the film;the degradation experiment showed that the weight loss rate of the film in artificial saliva was only 5%within 7 days, while in artificial gastric juice was more than 65%after 72 hours.Oral film with inosine can be prepared successfully by natural spider silk-hexafluoroisopropyl alcohol solution as film-forming solution by solvent casting.
