SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF IN-RAIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATION BY STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS OF ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED HIGH PRESSURE COMMON RAIL FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM
GT software is used to establish the model of the electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection system, and the constructed simulation model is used to study the effects of the structural parameter changes of the three main parts of the high pressure fuel pump(the fuel inlet valve assembly, the fuel discharge valve assembly and the piston cam assembly)on the pressure fluctuations.Through research,it can be known that the subjected pressure wave of the high-pressure pump in actual work is directly related to the state of the piston, which includes its mass, length, diameter, volume and so on.Then,in order to better study the relationship between the pressure fluctuation of the oil valve,8 sets of parameters were selected for experimental study and verify the interaction between the diameter, mass, spring pretension force, spring stiffness and pressure fluctuation, and then the best valve body was selected by comparison.According to the simulation analysis, the pressure fluctuation degree of the common rail oil injection system can be affected by the system structural parameters, which can provide a reference for the optimal design of the system.
