PREPARATION OF CuTA NANOZYMES AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE DETECTION OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
The CuTA nanosheets were prepared by a one-step synthesis method using copper sulfate pentahydrate(CuSO4·5H2O)and tannic acid(TA)as the raw materials. The results of FTIR and SEM demonstrated that the copper tannate nanozymes(CuTA NMs)were successfully synthesized. The prepared materials can catalyze hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)to produce oxygen(O2).Based on this,a colorimetric analysis method for the determination of H2O2 was established, and the color conditions of the oxidizing reaction were optimized.Under the optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination of H2O2 was 400~1400 μM,and the detection limit of 5.2 μM.The established method was used for the detection of H2O2 in toothpaste with recoveries of 96.6%~102.2%.Therefore,the CuTA NMs colorimetric sensing detector can achieve quantitative detection of H2O2.
