BIOI/H2O2 SYNERGISTIC PHOTODEGRADATION OF TETRACYCLINE
Bismuth iodide(BiOI)is a new type of photocatalyst. In this paper, bismuth nitrate(Bi(NO3)3)and potassium iodide(KI)were used as raw materials, and two morphologic BiOI materials were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method, respectively. The morphology, and structure were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),UV-Vis diffuse reflection(UV-VIS DRS)and N2 adsorption desorption tester.Tetracycline(TC)aqueous solution was taken as an example to test the photocatalytic degradation performance of BiOI prepared. The influences of material structure, light conditions and the synergistic effect of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)on the degradation performance were mainly investigated. The results showed that the BiOI prepared by solthermal method had the best tetracycline degradation effect the under simulated sunlight, and the degradation rate reached 99.11%in 4 h.
