METABOLOMICS DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE SPORES AND COREMIA OF ISARIA CICADAE CULTURED ON ANTHERAEA PERNYI
Researchs showed that the wild and cultured I.cicadae have similar efficacy, which shows the replace potential of the cultured one.The metabolic difference between the spores and coremia was compared by HPLC-TOF/MS-based metabolomics to reveal their difference. This research will provide a theoretical basis for development of the active part of the cultured I.cicadae.The results showed that there are significant metabolic differences between the spores and coremia of cultured I.cicadae including 88 differential metabolites obtained by database queries and analysis.Among them,78 compounds have higher contents in the spores. The spores and coremia of cultured I.cicadae showed significant different metabolomics, and the spores contained relatively higher level of bioactive compounds and nutrients, suggesting the more development potential of spores of cultured I.cicadae.
