Fluorescence analysis is an economical and rapid analytical method,which has the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity and simple operation.In view of the fluorescent properties of Periplaneta americano polypeptide(DPSFNSWG-NH2),a new method for fluorescence detection of P.americano polypeptide(DPSFNSWG-NH2)was developed.The experimental results showed that under the best conditions,there was a good linear relationship at the concentration of 0.12～31.25 pg/mL.The linear regression equation was y=10.698x+14.625(R2=0.9942),the detection limit was 0.09 pg/mL.The new method was applied to the determination of DPSFNSWG-NH2 in P.americano.The recovery rate was 85.50％～89.47％.This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and has a good application prospect for the determination of DPSFNSWG-NH2 polypeptide contents in P.americano.
