PREPARATION OF POLYIMIDE/CERIUM OXIDE ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID MEMBRANE
Polyimide(PI)/CeO2 hybrid membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase transformation(NIPS)using polymer PI as raw material and cerium oxide(CeO2)as inorganic additive material while water was used as coagulation agent. After that, the hybrid membrane was chemically cross-linked with amine, and the dye Congo red and CuCl2 solution were used as the target pollutants for interception treatment to test the performance of the hybrid membrane. The results showed that when CeO2 content was 1.0 wt%,crosslinking agent concentration was 1.273 g/L,crosslinking time was 15 min, crosslinking temperature was 80 ℃,the rejection rate of Cu2+and dye Congo red was 15.9%and 99.6%,respectively,at room temperature and pressure of 0.3 MPa.The membrane flux was 25.3 L/(m2.h).Moreover,the treatment effect of the hybrid membrane on other dyes was further investigated. Finally, the surface structures of PI membrane and PI/CeO2 organic-inorganic hybrid membrane were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
