1988年3月~1992年2月间用不同的激光器辐照近16200个沙田柚芽,低位高接到三个小气候地区的320多株10年左右树龄的沙田柚结果树上,经栽培得到无核少核果实。对L1、L2无核果枝条的嫩叶进行过氧化物同工酶(POD)和脂酶同工酶(EST)分析、花粉育性检测,对L3代嫩叶进行RAPD研究,表明诱变组与对照组相比,存在酶活性、花粉育性、DNA分子水平上的差异,说明激光诱变引起的性状改变是可以遗传的。
Study on seedless Shatian Pumello induced by Laser mutagenesis
From 1988 to 1992 about 16200 buds of Shantian Pumello had been radiated by laser.Then they had been grafted onto 320 Shantian Pumello trees.These tree's age were about 10 years old and they were distributed over three region of different longitude and latitude.The seedless or pauciseed Shatian Pumello fruit were been gained.The analysis of isoenzyme,the measuring of ratio of pollen abortion for L1 and L2 generation,the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis for tender leaves of L3 generation,show that the mutant group compared with CK,have difference in isoenzyme activity,pollen abortion and RAPD.It demonstrated that the variation of Shatian Pumello induced by laser may be heritable.
