重频激光对硅光电池响应特性的影响

由于半导体材料对温度敏感,当光电池受激光辐照而出现温度变化时,其光电响应输出特性会发生变化。以硅基光电池为研究对象,针对重频激光辐照对器件响应特性产生的干扰进行分析。从光伏器件的光生电动势原理出发,根据响应输出模型以及一维热传导方程,计算了激光辐照下,不同脉冲参数对光电池电压输出值的影响规律。结果表明:重频激光能够对光电池的正常工作产生明显影响,通过控制脉冲的能量,选择适当的脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔等参数,可以实现明显的干扰效果。
Effect of repetition frequency laser on the response characteristics of silicon solar cell
Due to the temperature sensitivity of semiconductor materials,the photovoltaic response output charac-teristics of photovoltaic cells will change with the temperature variations caused by laser irradiation.This paper focuses on the interference of repetition frequency laser irradiation on the response characteristics of silicon-based photovoltaic cells.Starting from the principle of photovoltatic effect,based on the response output model and one-dimensional heat conduction equation,the effects of different pulse parameters on the voltage output of photovoltaic cells under laser ir-radiation are calculated.The results indicate that repetition frequency lasers can significantly impact the normal opera-tion of photovoltaic cells.However,by controlling the pulse energy and selecting appropriate parameters,such as pulse width and pulse interval,significant interference effects can be achieved.
