基于激光扫描成像的机械零件加工缺陷识别方法

摘要
为保证机械零件质量和使用寿命,需全面完成机械零件加工缺陷识别,因此,提出基于激光扫描成像的机械零件加工缺陷识别方法.图像采集模块主要以激光扫描成像系统为核心,完成机械零件成像;利用差分算法和分辨率生成式对抗网络模型,重构采集的图像;采用核主成分分析方法,提取激光图像中的机械零件加工缺陷条纹特征值,将提取结果输入支持向量机中,识别机械零件加工缺陷.测试结果表明:该方法的识别精度最高为97%,识别误差最低为1%,识别效率最快为3 s,可有效处理图像中噪声点、提升图像清晰度,实现机械零件加工缺陷识别.
Abstract
In order to ensure the quality and service life of mechanical parts,it is necessary to complete the ma-chining defect identification of mechanical parts.Therefore,a method of machining defect identification of mechanical parts based on laser scanning imaging is proposed.The image acquisition module mainly takes laser scanning imaging system as the core to complete the imaging of mechanical parts.The difference algorithm and resolution generation ad-versarial network model are used to reconstruct the acquired images.The kernel principal component analysis method was used to extract the characteristic values of machining defect fringes in laser images,and the extracted results were input into support vector machine to identify machining defects of mechanical parts.The test results show that the method has the highest recognition accuracy of 97%,the lowest recognition error of 1%,and the fastest recognition ef-ficiency of 3s.It can effectively deal with noise points in images,improve image clarity,and realize machining defect recognition of mechanical parts.
