摘要

为解决江汉油田污泥即油泥处置问题,在调研分析的基础上,概括阐述了国内传统的陶粒制造工艺方法和油泥制陶粒技术实例,分析发现江汉A区块油泥干渣主要成分以SiO2、Al2O3 和CaO为主,占比达到 60%以上,具备油泥烧制陶粒的成分与含量需求,A区块油泥资源化利用是现实可行的.

Abstract

To solve the issue of disposing of oil sludge in Jianghan Oilfield,a review and analysis of traditional domes-tic ceramic granule making methods and oil sludge-based ceramic granule technology was conducted.The analysis showed that the main components of dry oil sludge residue from Block A of Jianghan Oilfield,including SiO2,Al2 O3,and CaO,account for over 60%,meeting the composition and content requirements for making ceramic granules from oil sludge.The resource utilization of oil sludge in Block A is considered feasible.
