摘要

钻修井完井作业为使封隔器胶筒与套管内壁贴合更加紧密,确保封隔器密封性能正常,常规工序是对封隔器坐封位置的套管内壁进行刮壁,清除套管内壁上堆积的油泥、结晶以及铁锈等杂物后方可下完井管柱.对于施工井地层油气较活跃,井筒作业次数越多、井筒作业时间越长,井控风险越高.根据液压式刮完一体刮壁器的工作原理,采用刮壁—完井一体化工艺,可以安全、有效地降低地层油气活跃施工井完井作业期间的井控风险.

Abstract

During well drilling and completion,it is essential to ensure tight contact between the packer rubber sleeve and the casing inner wall to maintain normal sealing performance.Conventional procedures require cleaning the casings inner wall at the packer setting location to remove sludge,crystallization,and rust before running the completion string.In reservoirs with active oil and gas formations,increased wellbore operations elevate well control risks.Based on the work-ing principle of the hydraulic wall-cleaning and completion integration tool,an integrated wall-cleaning and completion process was adopted to safely and effectively reduce well control risks during completion operations.
