Government subsidies,as an important form of economic support and growth,are of great significance for economic develop-ment and job creation.This article conducts a review and study of literature in the past 15 years,exploring the motives of corporate government subsidies,the influencing factors of government subsidies,and the impact of government subsidies on financial perfor-mance,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
