绿色金融改革创新对企业成本的影响分析

摘要
绿色金融改革创新试验区的建立对中国企业绿色高效发展具有重大意义.本文通过将绿色改革创新试验区的设立作准自然实验,选用双重差分的研究方法,实证研究了绿色金融政策实施对企业成本的影响.结果表明,相对于非试验区的企业而言,绿色金融政策整体上有利于降低试验区的企业成本,有利于减少重污染企业成本,但没有显著影响非重污染企业成本.进一步研究发现,绿色金融政策显著降低了国有重污染企业成本,而对国有非重污染企业、非国有重污染企业以及非国有非重污染企业成本无显著影响.
Abstract
The establishment of green finance reform and innovation pilot zones is of great significance for the green and efficient de-velopment of Chinese enterprises.This article uses the establishment of green reform and innovation pilot zones as a natural experi-ment and adopts the double difference research method to empirically study the impact of green finance policy implementation on en-terprise costs.The results indicate that compared to enterprises in non experimental areas,green finance policies are generally benefi-cial for reducing the costs of enterprises in experimental areas and for reducing the costs of heavily polluting enterprises,but do not significantly affect the costs of non heavily polluting enterprises.Further research has found that green finance policies significantly reduce the costs of state-owned heavily polluting enterprises,while having no significant impact on the costs of state-owned non heavily polluting enterprises,non-state-owned heavily polluting enterprises,and non-state-owned non heavily polluting enterprises.
